A one-on-one appointment for 60 minutes with Ron Harder, DPT, to be booked after completing an Initial Evaluation. Includes personalized treatments such as: dry needling, manual therapy, cupping, corrective exercises and home exercise plans. All treatment is provided based on ConnectTherapy (TM) principles.

Ron will travel to you at work or at home to provide a 60-minute follow-up physiotherapy appointment. These appointments are not available to book online, but can be requested by contacting Ron directly.

Ron will create a customized strength and conditioning home workout plan that will complement your physical therapy treatments and corrective exercises. The strength program is accessed through Ron’s Everfit app.

After ordering an initial strength and conditioning workout program, Ron will personally revise your custom plan and make adjustments based on your progress.

Access exercise instruction from Ron Harder, DPT in an on-demand video format through access to his Everfit app. Includes short-form exercise demos and longer-form series to develop better skills and foundational movement patterns.
